Domaine de Herrebouc will be protagonists this year with Tasted 100% Blind and Andreas Larsson, the Best Sommelier of the World.
The Domain of Herrebouc and its Gascon castle were bought in 1999 by the family FITTE, which falls under the spell of the place. This will be followed by ten years of profound transformations of the site, whether at the level of the vineyard or the buildings inscribed on the supplementary inventory of historic monuments.
The cellars of the estate were renovated in 2004. The first vinification on site took place the same year, when Carine settles down as a young farmer and that Hélène, strong of her experience fast-wine, joined her to second her. In 2005, the barrel cellars and the offices are opened, the tasting room is completed in 2010.

This are their wines you will find in Vinexpo Tasted 100% Blind:
• Domaine de Herrebouc 2013 – France – Sud-Ouest – Côtes de Gascogne – White
• Domaine de Herrebouc 2013 – France – Sud-Ouest – Côtes de Gascogne – Red
• Herrebouc 2014 – France – Sweet
• Domaine de Herrebouc 2015 – France – Sud-Ouest – Côtes de Gascogne – Sweet
• La Tour de Herrebouc 2005 – France – Sud-Ouest – Gers – Red

The practice of organic farming began in 2005 and the estate has officially been certified organic since 2010, the official conversion having only begun in 2007. Note that the 50 hectares of field crops adjacent to the castle And vines, are also grown in organic since the same time. Woods, heaths, meadows, hedges and groves complete the landscape and give the word biodiversity all its meaning.
