France – Sauternes/Barsac – 1er Grand Cru Classé – Sweet
Quite deep golden colour. Rich and intense nose with high ripeness, honey, candied fruit and some exotic spiciness. The palate has a dense structure, concentrated with a bright freshness that stands out, delicious fruit, mango, pineapple and citrus confit, good grip and extract followed by a long, lingering finish.

Château Rabaud Promis – 2011
France – Sauternes/Barsac – 1er Grand Cru Classé – Sweet
Bright medium deep golden colour. The nose is intense with some roasted notes, almond, saffron and yellow fruit, slightly floral and grapey. The palate is unctuous and sweet, still youthful with a high density and sweet tropical fruit, long and lingering, good potential but needs time.

Medium to deep golden colour. Sweet nose displaying ripe apricot, pineapple, earl grey, saffron and some new oak. The palate has good density and weight, still young and sweet with a long and unctuous finish, needs time to open and gain complexity.

Light golden colour. Good purity, ripe but fresh fruit like pear, pineapple, pastry, almond and a hint of oak. The palate is dense but fresh with layers of sweet fruit, good grip and long unctuous finish.
